Murmansk customs: international customs projects simplify customs procedures
Currently in the region of activities of customs authorities of the North-Western customs administration are implemented by four international project developed by the FCS of Russia in cooperation with foreign customs services and aimed at simplifying customs procedures for participants of foreign economic activity.
Russian-Chinese project “Green corridor” presupposes the involvement of Russian and Chinese companies entered into a contract for the supply of goods. The lists of exporters and importers agreed in advance by the customs services of the two countries in the framework of the information exchange. Restrictions on the list of Russian customs authorities, involved in the project, not installed.
Russian-Moroccan project “Green corridor” is being implemented in the framework of the Protocol between the FCS of Russia and the Administration of customs and indirect taxes of the Kingdom of Morocco. This project involved the Baltic customs post of the Baltic customs (St.-Petersburg).
Russian-Uzbek “Simplified customs corridor”. This project is part of the Agreement between FCS of Russia and the state customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the organization of simplified procedure of customs operations when moving goods and vehicles. Restrictions on the list of Russian customs authorities, involved in the project, not installed.
Russian-Tajik project on mutual recognition of results of customs control in the procedure of exchange of preliminary information within the framework of implementation of the Protocol between the FCS of Russia and Customs service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on mutual recognition of results of customs control in respect of certain types of goods. This project can be implemented at Pulkovo customs (Saint-Petersburg).
The participants of foreign economic activities of moving goods within the framework of the above international projects, provided the priority order of customs operations in respect of the consignments.
