In the first quarter of 2020 in the legal Department of the Yaroslavl customs an oral request for advice on customs matters and other issues within the competence of the customs bodies, filed 23 citizens, including 22 individuals and 1 representative of a legal entity. During the reporting period, the office received 3 written requests. Prior to the introduction of restrictions aimed at reducing the risks of the spread of the new coronavirus infection, on personal reception to heads of customs offices signed up 4 people.

“Among the issues that were most often interested in Yaroslavtsev this year include: the import and export of motor vehicles from the territory of the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Germany. A lot of questions from our fellow citizens concerned customs operations in respect of goods sent by international mail. Quite often the specialists of customs, the citizens were interested in the importation of goods from the territory of foreign States for personal use, and resettlement for permanent residence to the Russian Federation from neighbouring countries”, – said the head of Department of documentary maintenance of the Yaroslavl customs Daria Saracca.

March 23, 2020, in connection with a complicated epidemiological situation, the personal reception of citizens and participants of foreign economic activity management of customs temporarily is not performed.
