In Novorossiysk and Gelendzhik detained the men for smuggling drugs
Employees of Department on struggle against contraband of drugs of the Novorossiysk customs together with employees of the divisions of control over drug trafficking of UMVD of Russia around the city of Novorossiysk and Novorossiysk LO MVD Rossii na transporte found in international mail from the Republic of Belarus vials with potent substance.
In the post offices of the cities of Novorossiysk and Gelendzhik operatives arrested citizens when receiving parcels from Belarus, the autopsy which found the bottles with transparent liquid of yellow color. The experts found that the contents of the bottles is a potent substance – ether isomer 1-testosterone made in the “List of potent substances for the purposes of article 234 and other articles of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation”, approved by Government decision No. 964 of 29.12.2007 of the year.
– We have found that the detainees have ordered this medication for one of the trading platforms on the Internet for personal consumption without a prescription and the doctor’s testimony on its reception, – said the head of Department of fight against a drug trafficking of the Novorossiysk customs Alexander Chertkov. – For the illegal movement across the state border of the Russian Federation of potent substances Novorossiysk customs initiated 2 criminal cases under part 1 of article 226.1 of the criminal code. Recipients of the drug, banned in free circulation is ordered in the neighbouring countries, faces a fine of up to one million rubles and deprivation of liberty for a term of three to seven years.
