For the Tver enterprises participating in mutual trade with EAEU countries change the destination of the submission of statistical forms
From 1 October 2020 to the participants of mutual trade with the countries of the Eurasian economic Union, consisting on the account in tax bodies of the Tver region, will provide statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in the Smolensk customs.
Changes due to the upcoming reorganization of the customs authorities, which resulted in the Tver customs from the first of October will join in Smolensk. And customs posts of the Tver customs – Zapadnodvinskogo, Vyshny Volochek, Kimry, Rzhev, Tver customs terminal in Tver customs post (the electronic Declaration center) will be reassigned to Smolensk customs without changing their location and region activities.
Units of the Smolensk customs will also monitor the procedure of submission of statistical forms (timeliness, completeness, performance, reliability of the data contained in the statistical forms) to attract persons registered in tax bodies of the Tver region, to administrative liability for offences under article 19.7.13 of the administrative code of Russia, including the production of administrative cases.
Tver customs recalls, for the submission of statistical forms, you can select one of the ways. Or submit statform using electronic signatures via the Internet in the personal Cabinet on the site: www.customs.ru not later than the eighth working day of the month following the month of shipment or receipt of goods. And if the signature is missing, the statistical form is filled in on the website: www.customs.ru in the section “Representation of statistical forms”. In this case, you need to send to the custom her paper copy, certified by the signature and seal of the applicant.
Background: in the near future will come into force a Government Decree dated June 19, 2020 n 891 “On the order statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with member States of the Eurasian economic Union and a recognition become invalid for decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2015 № 1329”. One of the points of the new document provides for the submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods to the customs authority only in the form of electronic document certified by a reinforced qualified electronic signature (ES). After the entry into force of the amendments submission of statistical forms to the customs authority on paper would be impossible.
