The decision of the EEC Council until 30 September 2020 zero duty on goods imported in order to prevent and prevent the spread of coronavirus infections on the territory of the EAEU.
With exemption from import customs duty can be imported personal protective equipment, disinfectants, diagnostic reagents, certain types of medical equipment and materials, etc.
The corresponding Decision comes into force on 3 April 2020, and applies to legal relations arising since March 16, 2020.

Tariff exemptions are granted under the following conditions:
1) registration of the goods Declaration for placing them under the customs procedure of release for domestic consumption to 30 September 2020;
2) the submission to the customs authorities of the member States of the EAEU confirm the target destination of the imported goods, received from national competent authorities in the health sector.
