Extended deadline for submission of statistical forms to the office

The participants of foreign economic activity extended the deadline of submitting the forms of statistical reports for March 2020.

Novosibirsk customs informs the participants of foreign trade to change the date of granting of the statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in mutual trade of the Russian Federation with member States of the EEU in March 2020.

Under the legislation, statform is available to the customs authority not later than the 8th working day of the month following the month in which the shipment (receipt) of goods.

The March 2020 period will not be counted from April 1, and since the end of the holidays declared by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 2 April 2020 № 239 “On measures on ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population on the territory of the Russian Federation in connection with the spread of novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19)”.

In order to reduce the risk of spread of the new coronavirus infection Novosibirsk customs recommends the use of an electronic service filling of forms for statistical reporting “Personal Cabinet of the participant of foreign trade activities” on the website of the FCS of Russia. The use of electronic digital signature allows the participant to self-register stattera without providing a paper copy to the customs authority.

Failure to submit or late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms, and the submission of statistical forms containing inaccurate information, shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount from 10 thousand to 15 thousand rubles; on legal entities – from 20 thousand to 50 thousand rubles. When re-committing an administrative offense – for officials in the amount from 20 thousand to 30 thousand rubles; on legal entities – from 50 thousand to 100 thousand rubles.
