Attempt sending dozens of military helmets, bulletproof vests, gas masks, other equipment, and collimator sights stopped in Yekaterinburg employees of Koltsovsky customs imeni V. A. Sorokina (Koltsovo airport).

In August 2020 in Yekaterinburg in the garage of one of the suspects the investigators found ready to send packages and racks with plenty of items of military equipment (including items of the set of “Warrior” – the helmets, body armor and so on), models of Kalashnikov assault rifles and Kalashnikov machine gun, models of other weapons. Also, found cash.

On the smuggling of materials and equipment that can be used to create weapons against members of an organized group filed six criminal cases under article 226.1 of the criminal code.
