Thus, in March and April 2020 statistical forms must be received by the customs authority not later than 21 may 2020.
For 4 months of the year 2020 in the region of the Vladimirskiy customs were registered 8354 statistical forms of the account of movement of goods. 71% of them using e-signature. In General, the number of statistical forms increased by 12% compared to the same period of 2019.
Still entrepreneurs and organizations allow violations. So from the beginning of 2020 custom Vladimir was opened 290 cases of administrative offenses under article 19.7.13 KoAP of the Russian Federation “Failure to submit or late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods”. The main part of the violators received a warning, in 6 cases the fines in the total amount of 210 thousand rubles.
