The results of the activities of the Perm customs in 2019 for the implementation of exchange controls

The exchange control Department of the Perm customs for 2019 was conducted 263 compliance by participants of foreign economic activity of the currency legislation of the Russian Federation.

According to the results of the checks revealed 386 violations of currency legislation of the Russian Federation for a total amount of more than 252 million roubles. 382 filed cases on administrative offences, the total amount of violations which amounted to more than 180 million rubles.

Deputy head of customs Pavel Terekhov: “Administrative proceedings were instituted under part 4 of article 15.25 of the administrative offences code of the Russian Federation – 51 case in the amount 135,14 million rubles (for failure to obtain a resident foreign currency earnings on current account in an authorised Bank for transmitted to non-goods), according to part 5 of article 15.25 of the administrative offences code of the Russian Federation – 11 cases in the amount of 45.73 million rubles (for failure to return funds to the account of a resident transferred to the resident for not delivered goods), as well as in parts of 6 – 6.4 of article 15.25 of the administrative offences code of the Russian Federation – 320 (violation of order and terms of submission to the authorised banks of forms of accounting and reporting on currency operations carried out)”.

The total sum of imposed fines in 2019 in cases of AP brought under article 15.25 of the administrative offences code of the Russian Federation amounted to more than 250 million rubles.
