Summer is near: Urals customs officers have cleared the import of 70 tons of goods for gardeners and outdoor activities

In the last 3 months, 70 tons of almost $3 million worth of “summer” goods have been imported into the Urals: garden tools, backpacks and tents, sup boards and inflatable vests. China was the key importer.

The largest shipments are of tools for gardening and agricultural work. Shipments of shovels, rakes and axes totaled nearly 50 tons. Also in the top of popular imported goods for outdoor activities are tourist backpacks, imported almost 8 tons, as well as sup-boards, their supplies amounted to more than 6.5 tons. The total weight of imported badminton rackets amounted to 92 kilograms, and shuttlecocks for this game – more than a ton.
