A cargo of 20.4 tons of various fireworks arrived from China to a Krasnodar company.
In order to minimize the risk of importing undeclared goods, the operational control department of the Customs Control Organization Service of the Southern Technical University initiated customs inspection of this consignment of pyrotechnic products
As a result, employees of the Prikubansky customs post of Krasnodar customs, who carried out the actual control, found 1256 Roman candles among the batteries of fireworks with different number of salutes, which were not declared in the declaration
The undeclared goods were seized, and a case on administrative offense was initiated under part 1 of article 16.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (non-declaration of goods)
