Tyumen customs officials handed the detainees to the Abkhaz cars to the authorities of the Federal property Agency
At the end of April 2020 Tyumen customs handed vehicle TOYOTA CROWN 2003 model year, LEXUS IS 250 2006 model year, the HONDA CR-V 2006 release, representatives of the Interregional territorial Department of Russian property Fund in the Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous district, for further orders for these goods.
Decision on confiscation of cars were made by the Central district court of Tyumen in January 2020. Violators brought to administrative liability under part 1 of article 16.2 of the Russian code of administrative offences.
Tyumen customs initiated administrative proceedings on the facts of not declaring of vehicles of international carriage of vehicles registered in the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia, not removed from the customs territory of the EAEU in due time.
Recall that the temporarily imported vehicles of international transportation before the expiration of the time limit for their import shall be re-exported from the customs territory of the Union or placed under a customs procedure.
The Declaration in the prescribed form of goods subject to customs Declaration shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens and legal entities in the amount of one-half to two times the value of the goods which are the subjects of the administrative offence, with their confiscation or without that or confiscation of subjects of an administrative offense.

Vehicles of international transport may be temporarily imported into the customs territory of the EAEU without payment of import customs duties and taxes, special, antidumping, countervailing duties, without providing enforcement of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes and retain the status of foreign goods.
In accordance with paragraph 3 of article 273 of the customs code of the EAEU temporarily imported vehicles of international transportation before the expiration deadline (as extended) in accordance with article 274 of this Code, shall be re-exported from the customs territory of the Union or placed under the customs procedures applicable to foreign goods, except for the customs procedure of customs transit.
