The North Ossetian customs officers found a large party of foreign tobacco products

Staff of the North Ossetian customs detected and seized from illegal circulation the large party of foreign tobacco products.

230 thousand of cigarette packs and 1,500 packs of “snus”, not marked by excise marks and means of identification stored on the outskirts of Vladikavkaz. Among them – about 50 items, including MARLBORO, DOVE, KENT and others.

The event on the seizure of tobacco smuggling held in collaboration with officials of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia on RSO-Alania and the Administration of Rospotrebnadzor in the RSO-Alania.

Currently, law enforcement agencies carried out a complex of measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances of illegal activity. Considered a question on excitation of criminal case according to article 194 and article 171.1 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE.
