The FCS of Russia took first place in the rating of the quality of administrative Supervisory functions

Customs control is recognized as top quality administration among 38 types of state control (supervision) according to the results of a study conducted in 2019 Analytical center under the Government of the Russian Federation together with national research UNIVERSITY “Higher school of Economics” according to the materials of the activities of the Federal bodies of Executive power in 2018.

The Federal customs service for the second year in a row occupies a leading position among the Federal Executive authorities exercising control and Supervisory activities. The study 2019 Department has 618 points out of 1000 possible, which is 19.8% higher than FCS in a previous study.

The study involved 12 regulatory bodies and consideration was given to 59 settings in five areas: “Smart control”, “Transparent and intuitive control and cost Reduction for business, cost Reduction for the state,” and “Professional inspector”. The positive dynamics of the FCS of Russia is recorded in all evaluated areas.

Federal customs service of Russia – on the first positions in “Smart control” (66% of target values), “cost Reduction for business” (60% of target value), “Reducing the cost to the government” (53% of target).

The index of the FCS of Russia in the direction of “Transparent and intuitive control” made up 50% of the target value in the direction of “Support for professional conscientious inspectors” – 80% of the target value.

The index of quality of administration of Supervisory functions is used from 2017 to determine the efficiency of the authorities involved in the reform of control and Supervisory activities in terms of organization and implementation of state control (supervision).
