Perm custom reminds you of the deadlines for submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods
Perm custom recalls the need to provide timely statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in accordance with the timetable in 2020. To see the schedule by clicking the link: http://ptu.customs.ru/press/news/document/220270.
Currently, the statistical forms of the account of movement of goods are provided either in electronic form with the use of a reinforced qualified electronic signature (digital signature), or on paper.
“Statform” is completed and submitted to the customs authorities of the Russian Federation on goods transported between the Russian Federation and the Republics of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyz Republic.

Perm custom recalls that under article 19.7.13 code of the Russian Federation about administrative offences, penalties for violation of rules and terms of submission of statistical forms to the customs authorities are:
- for officials – from 10 to 15 thousand roubles (repeated violation – 20 — 30 thousand roubles);
- for legal entities – from 20 to 50 thousand roubles (in case of repeated violation – 50 — 100 thousand rubles).

For 2019 in the region of Perm customs was 22 101 statistical form of the account of movement of goods, including export of goods – 17 734 (80,2% of the total number of statistical forms) when importing goods – 367 4 (19.8% of the total number of statistical forms).
Compared to the year 2018, the number of statistical forms increased by 12% (with the export of goods increased by 10%, while import of goods increased by 15%).
