Omsk customs officers have returned to Kazakhstan 1 300 tons of goods
Two months 2020 mobile group of the Omsk customs returned to the Republic of Kazakhstan for more than 786 tons of consumer goods and 580 tonnes of horticultural and agricultural products.
All returns made for reasons of absence of documents confirming the full payment of customs duties at the rates of the common customs tariff of the EEU or the country of origin of goods, as well as phytosanitary and veterinary certificates for transported goods.
When interacting with officials of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Omsk region seized and destroyed 3 of the party “sanctioned” goods: more than 2.3 tons of pears “Conference” (country of origin – Poland), and 15 kg. of chicken (USA).
Also from the beginning of 2020, detained and seized more than 27 thousand units of consumer goods with signs of counterfeit. Among the seized goods, mostly clothing, well-known trademarks marked “GIVENCHY”, “Tommy Hilfiger Licensing B. V.”, “LACOSTE S. A.” and others. Currently, work is underway with representatives of owners of the above trademarks in the territory of the Russian Federation.
