According to the results of operations for the year 2019 of the Novosibirsk customs transferred to the Federal budget of 28.1 billion rubles of customs payments – by 13.3 billion rubles more than in 2018.
The main share of the total accounted for VAT (75%) and import duty (18%).
The amount of benefits on payment of customs payments in 2019 amounted to $ 698 million rubles, 165 million more than in 2018. Leader, still, is benefits claimed for the import of medical products – 37%.
18% increase in the number of participants of foreign trade, prodeklarirovali goods in the Novosibirsk customs in 2019 almost 2.5 thousand organizations have carried out export-import operations with 146 countries of the world (the largest partner countries – China, USA, Germany).
Acting head of the Novosibirsk customs office Vasily Kostomarov said: “a Significant increase in the amount of customs duties due to increased business activity in Novosibirsk and non-resident organizations, as well as the active development in 2019 modern technologies, allowing to reduce time of the goods under customs control, to save money on storage and transportation of goods across the border.”
Among the promising technologies to increase the speed of customs operations, the Novosibirsk customs is actively developing the algorithms of auto-enrollment and autopause of goods declarations.
In 2019, the Novosibirsk customs have been registered in the automatic mode 50% of the total number of goods declarations for import, 77% of declarations for export goods – almost 2 times more than in 2018.
Also in 2019, more than 5 thousand goods declarations were issued Novosibirsk customs in automatic mode – 5.5 times more than in 2018. The average time of customs operations from the date of receipt of the Declaration to release of goods in these cases amounted to about 3 minutes.
