More than a ton of the sanctions was revealed by customs officers in Bashkiria in 2019

In 2019 the staff of Department of customs control after release of goods of the Bashkortostan customs conducted 39 field verification activities in the cities of Ufa, Sterlitamak, Salavat, Meleuz, Oktyabrsky, Kumertau, which revealed the facts of storage and sale of 1153 pounds of prohibited to import sanctioned goods. It’s fish, fruit, nuts, cheese, who arrived in Russia from Denmark, Germany, Holland, Spain, Poland.

− According to the materials of the Bashkortostan customs, the Office of Rospotrebnadzor in the Republic of Bashkortostan filed seven cases on administrative offences, the Ufa transport Prosecutor’s office − six cases, − the chief of Department of customs control after release of goods Ruslan Metelev. − The main articles of the code of administrative offences of the Russian Federation, according to which individual entrepreneurs and organizations were held accountable, became the articles 14.43 “Violation by the manufacturer, contractor (the person performing the functions of a foreign manufacturer), the seller of requirements of technical regulations,” 14.15 “Violation of rules of sale of separate kinds of goods” and 14.2 “Illegal sale of goods (other things), free sale of which is prohibited or restricted”.
