More than 81,000 of goods declarations registered the electronic Declaration Center Rostov customs in 2019

Officials of the Rostov customs post (the electronic Declaration Center) in 2019 recorded 81 268 Declaration of goods – 34% more than in 2018. Cost and weight of the customs Declaration was 2.66 billion USD and 1.77 million tons in weight equivalent. While in the commodity structure of exports is dominated by grains and ferrous metals, imports of plastics, fuels, salt, sulphur, earth and stone.

The budget lists more than 19 billion rubles.

As the implementation of the Comprehensive program of development of the FCS of Russia is increasing the number of declarations issued by electronic Declaration centers. So, last year, 83% of the total number of registered customs post Rostov customs declarations registered officials of the Rostov customs office (in 2018 – 64%).

Head of the Rostov customs office (CED) Andrew Trikoz said: “To achieve the targets of the Comprehensive program of development of the FCS of Russia for the period until 2020 a special attention is paid to the automatic registration and automatic release of goods. In 2019 automatically was 79.8 per cent and 44.8 per cent of the total number served at the Rostov customs office (EDC) of the declarations for exported and imported goods, respectively. Automatically share of the released goods in accordance with customs procedures import and export amounted to 39% and 46% was automatically e-declarations submitted by traders to the low level of risk”.

An important part of the technology of electronic Declaration is the technology of remote release, the application of which separated the functions of documentary and actual control between the internal and border customs authorities. Rostov customs office (CED) as an internal customs authority cooperates with 16 foreign customs authorities, which are places of actual control.

Currently, the number of the post is 54 posts. In accordance with the Complex program of development of the FCS of Russia for the period until 2020 it is expected that in 2020 the number of staff of the Rostov customs office (CED) will be increased by 37 units, and the post will become the basis for the creation of the southern center for electronic Declaration.
