24 December 2019 and destroyed part of the counterfeit products seized in the framework of the work of the mobile teams of the customs authorities. On-site solid waste landfill law enforcement officials burned 7,5 thousand units of counterfeit clothing brands FILA, TOMMY HILFIGER, ADIDAS, REEBOK, NIKE, KENZO. The decision to destroy the goods is accepted by the judicial authorities in the framework of the criminal proceedings.
Currently, the warehouses of the Tyumen customs holds more than 287 thousand units of counterfeit products. According to official estimates, the total amount of damage to owners of trademarks is 666 million rubles.
Only 2019 identified 14 vehicles be moved consumer goods in violation of the law. The routes of the trucks are different. Part of goods imported from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, was intended for implementation in trade outlets of Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Ufa.
The fakes among the toys marked “DISNEY”, “MY LITTLE PONY”, “L. O. L. SURPRISE”, “HOT WHEELS”, “AVENGERS”, clothing and shoes trademark FILA, TOMMY HILFIGER, ADIDAS, REEBOK, NIKE, LACOSTE, GUCCI, CHANEL, perfume, marked by symbols “DIOR”, “GUERLAIN”, “GIVENCHY”, VERSACE “LACOSTE, DOLCE&GABBANA, YVES SAINT LAURENT”, as well as mobile phone accessories and car parts.
Counterfeit goods can be dangerous to life and health of citizens. In addition, the implementation of counterfeit products causes serious harm to honest entrepreneurs.
Work on suppression of import on territory of Russia of counterfeit and other illicit trafficking of goods is carried out in the vicinity of the state border within the framework of interagency cooperation structures such as the Tyumen customs, the Border Department of the FSB of Russia on Kurgan and Tyumen regions, the Management of FSB of Russia across the Kurgan region, Department of the MIA of Russia in the Kurgan region, the Management of traffic police UMVD of Russia across the Kurgan region, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kurgan region, Rospotrebnadzor Administration for the Kurgan region, the interregional territorial administration of Rosimushchestvo in the Chelyabinsk and Kurgan areas.
