From 1 July 2020 Angarsk and Bratsk in Irkutsk customs posts customs posts became the actual control

Irkutsk customs informs that in connection with the consistent course of the FCS of Russia on “digitalization” technologies of customs, at present, continues the consistent consolidation of Declaration of goods in the Centers of electronic Declaration, as well as the further distinction between customs processes the Declaration and actual control.

In this regard, from 1 July 2020 Angarsk and Bratsk in Irkutsk customs posts customs posts be actual control.

The acting chief of the organizational-inspectorial Department of the Irkutsk customs Kulikalova Victoria explains: “In the functional duties of customs posts of actual control includes the Commission of customs operations connected with the electronic Declaration of goods: the customs examination and inspection of goods, vehicles and international mail; opening and completing the procedure of customs transit, the monitoring of activities in places of temporary storage of goods. For customs posts of actual control is also retained declaring certain categories of goods (associated with the use of a paper form of the Declaration or control in relation to individual customs procedures)”.

Earlier posts of actual control in the Irkutsk customs have become: Irkutsk customs office and customs post of the Airport of Irkutsk from October 1, 2019; Ust ‘ -Ilimsk, Usolye and Sayan customs offices from 1 April 2020.

Thus, at present, of 10 customs posts of the Irkutsk customs 7 customs posts has acquired the status of posts of actual control.

The participants of foreign trade activities can make a Declaration of goods in Irkutsk customs until 15 December 2020 at the Irkutsk customs post (the Center for electronic Declaration of goods), as well as Nizhneudinsk and Ust-Kut districts of the Irkutsk customs posts customs.

It is expected that by 2021 in Siberia almost all of the Declaration will be carried out in the Siberian e-customs, which opened in August of 2019 in Krasnoyarsk. Irkutsk customs in 2021 will acquire the status of customs actual control.
