Maxim Chmara took the post of head of Ural customs administration in October 2017. Under his leadership, in the Urals, one of the country’s first e-customs, which now shows excellent results. A large-scale reform on concentration Declaration of the array: 99.6% of all declarations are checked in the Ural e-customs, and customs of the region recorded a single consignment. In the optimization of customs administration reorganized the customs authorities of the region.
