On the eve of March 8, the number of fresh flowers cleared by customs officers since the beginning of the year reached 18,000 tons and the value reached $134 million

The volume of deliveries in the pre-holiday period has increased: every day inspectors release more than 500 tons of flowers. The formalization is very fast, no more than 4 hours. Almost 63% of goods declarations are issued automatically in 2.5 minutes

Moscow and North-West electronic customs have the largest volume of declarations. This is 9.6 thousand and 6.6 thousand tons of flowers, respectively.

The top three countries – leaders in terms of volume of shipments remains unchanged. They are the Netherlands (8,000 tons), Ecuador (6,400 tons) and Kenya (1,300 tons).
