FCS: three appointed chiefs of regional customs offices

By orders of the FCS of Russia from 9 January 2020, the appointed chiefs of the Central, Volga and North Caucasus customs administrations.

The head of the Central customs office (TSTU) has been appointed Lieutenant General of customs service Sergey Rybkin.

Sergey Rybkin began service in the customs authorities in September, 1989 at the Sheremetyevo customs office. In the region of the CTS passed all stages of service from the inspector of the Shchelkovo customs office to first Deputy head of TSTU on customs control. In 2009-2013 he headed the office of the customs service of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. In 2013 he became head of the Volga customs administration.

The chief of Privolzhsky customs Directorate (PTU) was appointed Lieutenant-General of the customs service, Aasim Ascalon.

Service in customs bodies of Aasim Ushkalov started since 1994 in Saratov customs. In 2003 he became the chief of the Saratov customs. In 2008 he was appointed chief of Mineralovodsky customs of the southern customs Department (UTAH). In 2010, Aasim Askarov headed created in the same year, the North-Caucasian customs Department.

The head of the North-Caucasian customs Department (ctvuu) is appointed the General-the major of customs service albert Mavlikov.

Albert Mavlikov work in customs bodies since 1995. The service started as an inspector of Naberezhnye Chelny customs, where I passed all stages from the inspector to the head of the Naberezhnye Chelny customs post of Tatarstan customs. From 2008 to 2019 was the head of Tatarstan customs.
