FCS of Russia informs about temporary restriction of movement through checkpoints on the Russian border – with the possibility of movement of goods

In accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from March 27, 2020 No. 763-R from 30 March 2020 temporarily restricted the movement through checkpoints on the state border of the Russian Federation, and also through the overland section of the Russian-Belarusian border. The restriction applies to road, rail, pedestrian, river and mixed crossings and introduced in order to prevent penetration into the territory of Russia coronavirus infection.

Please note that the movement of trucks and freight trains does not stop, because the restriction does not apply to citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as (according to paragraph 2 of the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from March 16, 2020 No. 635-R) foreign citizens, persons without citizenship and citizens of Belarus that are truck drivers the international automobile communication, the members of the crew, train and locomotive crews in international rail communication etc.
