Construction the company moved to China nearly 7 million rubles for not delivered the goods in Russia

Violation of currency legislation by the construction company revealed the Sakhalin customs. The organization transferred to Chinese firms 6.7 million for goods not received.

Sakhalin the company entered into a contract with a Chinese firm for the supply of building materials, household goods and consumer goods cost more than 100 thousand U.S. dollars (about 6.7 million). Held by the Sakhalin customs inspection showed that the goods delivered were not, while funds to the account of the supplier, the customer is transferred.

In relation to the company and the head of the Sakhalin customs has opened case about an administrative offense under part 5 of article 15.25 of the administrative code (non-resident within the established period duties on return to the Russian Federation the money paid to non-residents for not imported goods in Russia). The organization can be fined in the amount of the unreturned funds.
