Bashkortostan customs: the traders

Bashkortostan customs drew attention to foreign trade participants that the FCS of Russia actively carries out activities to introduce the technology of automatic registration of transit declarations filed in electronic form.

− Today we have the possibility of automatic registration of ETD in all Russian customs authorities with competence in the performance of customs operations involving the placement of goods under the customs procedure of customs transit, regardless of mode of transport, − explained the chief of Department of customs procedures and customs control of the Bashkortostan customs Alexander Lopukhov. − Electronic transit Declaration with the code of measures ensuring customs transit “05” customs escort, or “09” the establishment of a route of transportation of goods does not pass validation criteria for compliance with auto-enrollment. It should also be noted that at customs Airport of Ufa and Ufa implemented an automated release of the ETD for the release of goods by railway and motor transport, provided that the declarant of the goods acts as a customs carrier or authorized economic operator.
