More than 45 million rubles collected in the budget for the post-control of the Magadan customs for 2019

45,2 million rubles were collected and transferred to the Federal budget of the Magadan customs results of customs control after release of goods for 2019. There were 22 of the cameral customs check, 21 check proved to be effective.

Major violations – failure to submit reports on goods imported under the free customs zone procedure and late payment of the utilization fee for mining equipment. Also identified in the case of providing false information when you re-import to the territory of the Russian Federation two ships after repairs abroad, which resulted in the understatement of amounts of assessed customs duties on 23 million roubles.

On the revealed violations of the Magadan customs has opened 22 cases of administrative offences (20 cases under article 16.15 of the administrative code – failure to submit to the customs authority reporting 2 cases – under part 3 of article 16.12 of the administrative code – failure to provide documents required for customs control).
