In 2019, the Federal budget of the Irkutsk customs office were transferred to 29 billion 236 million rubles. The amount of customs duties, the largest contribution was made by the Center for electronic Declaration (15 billion), fraternal (6.9 billion), Irkutsk (4.3 billion) and Ust-Ilimsk (1 billion) customs posts.
From October 2019 all customs posts of the Irkutsk customs implement the technology of automatic registration of electronic transit declarations (initially, this technology was successfully tested in a pilot project Brotherly customs post); at the end of last year, the share of transit declarations in electronic form, amounted to 99,4%.
Also received further development, the technology of remote release of goods – in 2019 with its application were issued about 23 thousand declarations, 75% more than in 2018.
As a result of systematic work of the Irkutsk customs, aimed at the facilitation and acceleration of customs operations in 2019, has expanded the application of technologies of automatic registration and automatic release of goods without the involvement of the inspectors. By the end of 2019, the share was automatically export declarations amounted to 92%, import – by 37%. 2.6 fold increase in the number of declarations issued in automatic mode.
In 2019 in the Irkutsk customs has been issued 197 thousand items for 117 thousand customs declarations that made up one third of the total amount of Declaration by the customs authorities of the Siberian customs Department.
In 2019 the number of participants which Declaration in the Irkutsk customs has grown from 970 to 1392. The maximum terms of the Declaration occurred in the fraternal customs post Center electronic Declaration. Foreign trade relations were established with 100 countries (in 2018 87), of which 94 – foreign countries.
