The staff of the Central excise customs found in the suburbs clandestine manufacture of counterfeit Shisha tobacco

More than 4,5 thousand units of counterfeit tobacco products, packaging equipment and materials weighing more than 3 tons found the staff of the Central excise customs in the Moscow region. The operation to curb illegal production customs officers carried out in cooperation with the Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs for the city of Solnechnogorsk.

In clandestine production, located in a private house in Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow region, were involved in 12 citizens of Syria, Egypt and other Arab countries, illegally present on the territory of Russia.

Currently, counterfeit products, equipment, and packaging materials removed. Citizens participating in clandestine production, detained and handed over to POLICE for the city of Solnechnogorsk for further verification activities.

Solves a question on excitation of criminal case under article 180 of the criminal code (illegal use of trademark, service mark, appellation of origin or similar designations for homogeneous goods).
