In the Smolensk region stopped the illegal importation of the consignment of Belarusian cigarettes

They tried to import with concealment in a vehicle EN route to Russia from Germany.

The truck was stopped by a mobile group of the Smolensk customs late in the evening of April 6 in the area of the settlement of Krasnaya Gorka Krasninskoe district of Smolensk region. According to driver documents from Germany to Moscow transported more than 20 tons of detergents.

Verification of vehicle with cargo with the use of mobile inspection complexes (MIS) showed the presence of foreign investment in a tool box located on the trailer frame between the axles, – said the chief of the customs control after release of goods of the Smolensk customs Dmitry Vasyukov.

In the ensuing inspection, the customs officers in front of the instrument in cardboard boxes found 2500 packs of Belarusian cigarettes that the Belarusian carrier was trying to bring in Russia with concealment. Documents for the goods was absent. All this testifies to the violation of the rules of importation of goods of this category.

To conduct statutory procedural actions at the place of detention were caused by employees is investigative-task force of the police Department in the Krasninskoe district of MO MVD Rossii “Rudnyansky”, which withdrew the above product.
