4,500 packs of excise-free cigarettes detected by Samara customs officers

Employees of the service for the Orenburg region of Samara customs within the framework of control measures in the trade and procurement base of Orsk was revealed 4.5 thousand packs of cigarettes without the mandatory marking of means of identification (Data Matrix codes) and excise stamps of the Russian Federation.
The inspection measures took place in two retail outlets belonging to one entrepreneur. On the counters for sale were offered cigarettes of foreign production (Serbia, Romania, Switzerland, USA, USA, Azerbaijan, UAE, Germany, China, Finland, New Zealand, Great Britain, India) without excise stamps, as well as products of Russian and Belarusian production without appropriate labeling.
The tobacco products were seized. Customs inspection continues.
