A mobile group of Samara Customs in cooperation with the Border Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Orenburg region foiled an attempt to illegally export 9 horses to Kazakhstan.

The animals were attempted to be transported through the Sagarchin checkpoint in the Orenburg region. The driver had no documents for their transportation
The cargo was handed over to officials of the Rosselkhoznadzor Directorate in the Orenburg region for a decision.

The carrier was brought to administrative responsibility under part 2 of article 10.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. All detained animals were returned to the place of departure in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
