Samara customs officers prevented the illegal export of 20 tons of fuel to Kazakhstan

A mobile group of Samara Customs detained a cargo vehicle at the Sagarchin checkpoint (Orenburg region). The driver tried to illegally export 20 tons of lubricating oils to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A total of 4 drums and 4,404 tin cans with motor oil, as well as 1,200 tin cans with transmission oil were found. No declaration was submitted to the customs authorities at the time of crossing the Russian state border

The market value of the lubricating oils exceeded 12 million rubles

A case on administrative offense was initiated against the shipper under part 1 of article 16.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia – failure to declare goods subject to customs declaration in the prescribed form.
