Tomsk customs office said the decline in the first quarter of 2020 the number of administrative offenses (AP) twice as compared to the same period of 2019. So, in the first quarter of 2020 was initiated in 118 cases of AP, while in the first quarter of 2019 250 cases.
In the current year continue to lead the case of AP initiated on the facts of non-submission or late submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods. Of the 118 cases of AP in the year 2020 on the specified facts brought 61 cases. In the first quarter of 2019, such cases were brought 160 from 250.
The participants of foreign economic activity (FEA) engaged in mutual trade with Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan, become more responsible attitude to the obligation to submit statistical forms in established by the legislation – no later than the 8th working day of the month following the month in which occurred the shipment or receipt of goods.
In addition, in terms of non-proliferation measures COVID-19, on the basis of the presidential Decree of 2 April 2020 No. 239, the customs service provided the participants with mutual trade delay. Statistical forms must be submitted to the customs authority not later than the 8th working day after the end of the hours (from 4 to 30 April 2020) and holidays.
Tomsk customs office encourages the submission of statistical forms remotely using a Personal account of the participant of foreign trade activities on the website of the Federal customs service www.customs.ru.
Another significant set of cases of AP is associated with non-Declaration or false Declaration of goods. Such cases in the first quarter of 2020 opened a 52 (in the first quarter of 2019 – 51 the case of the AP).
15 cases of AP initiated on the results of customs control of accompanied baggage in the air checkpoint Tomsk (Bogashevo). Offense subjects become alcohol – 8 cases on AP (in the first quarter of 2019 – 4), melee weapons – 1 on AP (in the first quarter of 2019 – 2), planting – bulbs of orchids – 6 cases on AP (in the first quarter of 2019 – 5). Seized brass knuckles and 18,45 l of alcoholic beverages (in the first quarter of 2019 – 7,85 l).
