The personal reception of citizens by the head of the STU in the office of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District is held on a regular basis, twice a year, as part of the execution of the order of the President of the Russian Federation, aimed at expanding the possibility of citizens to realize their constitutional right to personal appeal to state bodies.
