Krasnoyarsk customs officers stopped trade in illegal cigarettes worth 1.1 million rubles

Krasnoyarsk customs officers removed almost 9,000 unlabeled packs of cigarettes from illegal sale in a store in Zelenogorsk (Krasnoyarsk Territory).

Customs officers detected a large batch of illegal tobacco products as part of control over import and turnover of goods on the domestic market

The store had 8.9 thousand packs of cigarettes of Russian and foreign production with a total value of 1.1 million rubles without mandatory labeling DataMatrix-code. In addition, most of the tobacco products were without excise stamps or had excise stamps with signs of counterfeiting

The cigarettes were handed over to the police for further action against the entrepreneur who was selling products of illegal origin.
