Organizations of Krasnoyarsk Krai were more likely to break the rules of reporting to the customs

In January-March 2020 on the facts of failure to submit and late submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in mutual trade with member countries of the Eurasian economic Union (EEU) Krasnoyarsk customs has opened in respect of the Krasnoyarsk region 235 cases of administrative offenses (AP) article 19.7.13 administrative code.

In comparison with the same period of 2019, when the customs authority was filed 86 such cases on AP, their number increased by 2.7 times. The bulk of offences – 233 – due to the late submission of statistical forms to the customs authority.

In this regard, the Krasnoyarsk customs reminds that statfarm is submitted to the customs authority not later than the 8th working day of the month following the month in which the shipment (receipt) of goods. However, in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 2 April 2020 № 239 “On measures on ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population on the territory of the Russian Federation in connection with the spread of novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19)”, the deadline for the submission of the statistical form of the movement of goods in March 2020, no later than the 8th working day after the end of the weekend and holiday days.

The statistical form of the account of movement of goods intended for the collection of statistics relating to trade between the EEU countries (Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan) as the customs control in respect of such goods is not carried out. This document is filled out by the Russian person that concluded the transaction or on behalf (by order) which is, in accordance with which the goods are exported from Russia to the territory of States-members of the Union or imported into the Russian Federation.
