Due to roadbed repair works, traffic through the Upper Lars border crossing point is suspended for heavy vehicles

From 10:40 a.m. on April 10, 2024, due to repair works of the roadbed on the territory of Georgia, impossibility to ensure safe passage of motor vehicles, as well as taking into account the recommendations of the Georgian Border Police, the movement of heavy vehicles is prohibited on the section of Vladikavkaz – Lars settlement in the direction of exit from the Russian Federation;
Based on the emergency commission, the movement of heavy vehicles is prohibited on the section of Vladikavkaz – Lars settlement in the direction of exit from the Russian Federation
