By the order of the Federal Customs Service of November 22, 2023 № 3163-KS from December 1, 2023, Colonel of the Customs Service Nikolai Dzugaev Nikolai Dzugaev was appointed head of the North Ossetian Customs Service from December 1, 2023.
Dzugaev Nikolai Elbrusovich was born in 1973 in Vladikavkaz. He graduated from the North Ossetian State University named after K.L. Khetagurov. K.L. Khetagurov. He has a higher education in economics.
In 1999 he joined the customs authorities of the Russian Federation. He rose from an inspector of the customs statistics department to First Deputy Head of Customs. At various times he managed the activities of the Nizhny Zaramag and Verkhny Lars customs checkpoints.
For high performance in the protection of Russia’s economic interests Nikolay Dzugaev was awarded: breastplates of the FCS of Russia: «For Special Honors», «Excellent Customs Service», «Veteran of the Customs Service» medals: «For diligence», «Dmitry Bibikov», «For service in customs bodies» I, II, III degree.
