In customs bodies of Russia established the “hot line” to advise traders regarding conducting of customs operations in terms of the spread of coronavirus infection

In accordance with the decision of the Working group of the FCS of Russia on coordination of activity of customs bodies of the Russian Federation in the Commission of customs operations in terms of the spread of novel coronavirus infection in a regional customs offices and customs directly subordinated FTS of Russia from 23 March 2020 created call centers to quickly inform participants of foreign economic activity. Call centers designed to advise on issues related to the Commission of customs operations in respect of goods of the first necessity, food and medical supplies.

The specialists of “hot lines” will be to inform stakeholders about the practical application of the legislation, which will ensure the stability of foreign economic activity in conditions of application of measures to combat the spread of coronavirus infection in Russia.
