Appointed acting head of Vladivostok customs

The Federal Customs Service has appointed Ernest Anatolievich Matvienko as acting head of the Vladivostok customs on March 25, 2024.

Ernest Anatolievich Matvienko was born on June 4, 1968 in Primorsky Krai. In 1996, he graduated from Far Eastern State University (now Far Eastern Federal University)

Started his service in the customs authorities as an inspector of the Customs Investigations Department of the Far Eastern Customs Directorate. From 2002 to 2007, he served as head of the administrative investigation department of the Far Eastern Operational Customs. From 2007 to 2018, he was head of the customs inspection service (customs control service after the release of goods) of the Far Eastern Customs Directorate. Since September 2018 he has served as Deputy Head of the Far Eastern Customs Directorate – Head of the Service.

He was awarded the honorary title “Honored Customs Officer of the Russian Federation”, and has received awards from the State Customs Committee of Russia and the Federal Customs Service of Russia.
