on December 19, Denis Tereshchenko, Deputy Head of the Federal Customs Service of Russia, took part in the session «Multimodal Freight Transportation» of the forum «Digital Transportation». The participants discussed the issues of freight traffic management through the national digital transportation and logistics platform (NTTLP).
«The creation of the NCTLP – is an ambitious and promising project. Especially since it is partly being created on the basis of another state platform, Gostech. The project will be import-independent and quite sustainable in this part. This is especially important, since the issues of cybersecurity and data security to cyberattacks today come to the forefront compared to the automation and optimization of business processes, which we can potentially get on the platform» – Denis Tereshchenko noted.
In terms of functionality, the FCS of Russia supports the creation of and is ready to participate in the implementation of a unified regulatory and reference base, application of unified electronic documents, rules for describing and implementing business processes, legal and electronic document management services.
