Smolensk customs in 2023 drew up 2,332 protocols on administrative offenses for failure to comply with the procedure for submitting statistical forms, with 559 companies and individual entrepreneurs repeatedly committing violations. As a result of the review, fines were imposed on violators in the amount of more than 8.6 million rubles.

In the region of Smolensk customs in 2023, mutual trade with member states of the EAEU (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan) carried out 3.9 thousand Smolensk and Tver companies and individual entrepreneurs – this is 22% more than in 2022. 125.9 thousand statistical forms of recording the movement of goods in mutual trade with EAEU member states were registered, which is 24% more than a year ago
Smolensk customs reminds that the statistical form is submitted in the form of an electronic document filled out in the “Personal cabinet of the participant of foreign trade” on the official website of the FCS of Russia. It is necessary to send the statistical form for the reporting month no later than the 10th working day of the calendar month following the calendar month of shipment or receipt of goods
We should pay attention to the list of goods restricted for export from the Russian Federation to the EAEU member states in accordance with the Russian Government’s Resolution No. 312 “On the introduction on a temporary basis of the permissive procedure for the export of certain types of goods outside the territory of the Russian Federation”, which is extended until December 31, 2025 inclusive. In order to comply with the order of export of goods established by the Resolution, it is necessary to timely obtain an authorization document for the export of goods to the EAEU countries, the codes of which according to the HS of the EAEU are included in the lists of the Resolution. Information about these documents (their numbers and dates) must be entered in column 10 “Documents” of the statistical form, selecting the type of document “Permit”, with the name of the document, for example: “ST-1, conclusion of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, conclusion of the Ministry of Digitization.”
