The chief of customs post of Khabarovsk Airport
By order of the Federal customs service dated 28 April 2020 the head of the Airport customs post of Khabarovsk customs appointed major of the customs service Jaroslav Dovbysh.
Yaroslav S. Dovbysh was born in 1988 in the city of Magadan and the Magadan region. Has a higher education. In 2010 he graduated from Pacific state University in Khabarovsk, a degree in law.
The customs authorities started in March 2012 as senior Commissioner of the division of administrative investigations of the Khabarovsk customs. From 2014 to 2018, he held the position of Commissioner for particularly important cases and senior Commissioner for particularly important cases of the same Department. From 2018 to may 2020, a Deputy head of the Amur customs post (the electronic Declaration center), Khabarovsk customs.
