In the Urals customs Department opened a “hot line” to which you can send urgent issues of customs operations in respect of goods of first necessity and food and medical supplies for prompt consideration and response in a simplified manner.

All interested persons can ask questions concerning the customs operations in respect of goods of the first necessity, by phone +7 (343) 3-595-211 or by sending a written communication via e-mail utu-hotline@utu.customs.ru.

Phone “the hot line” works:

Monday-Thursday from 9-00 till 18-00;

-Friday 9-00 to 16-45;

-Saturday, Sunday – days off.

Questions by email can be sent round the clock.

Specialists of the Ural customs administration will provide answers and clarification to questions within 1 business day following the day of receipt of the petition on the “hot line”.
