21 evening dress for personal use detained at customs

3 February 2020 in the course of customs clearance to the international flight “Istanbul – Mineral Water”, was detained party evening dresses.

At the moment the goods seized and placed in the storage chamber of the evidence Mineralovodsky customs, and against the citizen initiated case on administrative offense under part 1 of article 16.2 of the Russian Federation – Declaration in the prescribed form of goods subject to customs Declaration. The offender could face a penalty of one-half to two times the value of the goods which are the subjects of the administrative offence, with their confiscation or without that or confiscation of subjects of an administrative offense.
