Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneur in the period from 2018 to 2020 is purchased from the supplier in China of a musical instrument (music speakers). In the end decreased the amount subject to the payment of customs duties and, therefore, had sustained damage to the budget of the Russian Federation.
The cost of goods declarations for 45 $ 41 429,16 thousand rubles. The amount of evasion of customs payments amounted to RUB 16 615 610,75
The chain of criminal actions of the Nizhny Novgorod managed to expose employees of Privolzhsky operative customs.
In respect of the citizens of the Volga operational customs office opened a criminal case under paragraph “g” of part 2 of article 194 of the criminal code – “Evasion of customs payments collected from organizations or natural person committed on an especially large scale”.
