Southern customs Directorate: budget efficiency of customs inspections has increased by 11.2%
Departments of customs control after release of goods UTAH for 6 months of 2020 341 held the test event, the results of which assessed customs duties and penalties in the amount of 596,12 million rubles, which is 40% higher than the planned value for the 1st half set of the FCS of Russia. Budget efficiency of customs inspection, one made up 7.55 million rubles, which is 11.2% more than the same period in 2019 (of 6.79 million rubles). The verification 854 filed cases on administrative offences (the 1st half of 2019 – 446 cases of AP) and 21 criminal case (1st half of 2019 – 19 criminal cases). The performance of customs inspections made 97,4% (1st half of 2019 – 97,2%), while set to planned value – not less than 84%.
In cooperation with the tax authorities conducted 30 verification activities (1st half of 2019 – 47 audits), the results of which the customs authorities assessed additional customs duties, penalties and fines in the amount of 433,69 million rubles, which exceeds the same indicator 2019 14% filed 73 cases of AP (H1 2019 – 132 cases of AP) and 13 criminal cases (1st half of 2019 – 8 cases).
Departments of customs control after release of goods in the region in the domestic market of the Russian Federation for the 1st half of 2020 149 conducted verification activities (1st half of 2019 – 122 tests), the results of which are withdrawn from turnover:
33 083,3 kg of sanctions production (1st half of 2019 – 20522,74 kg);
19 650 units with signs of counterfeiting (1st half of 2019 – 3443 units);
393 of 493 units of tobacco products without excise stamps (the 1st half of 2019 – 6374 units);
384 units undeclared goods (the 1st half of 2019 – 371 units);
18 units of fur products sold in breach of the rules of the marking (the 1st half of 2019 – 0).
Brought 99 cases of administrative offences (1H 2019 – 116 cases) and 7 criminal cases (1st half of 2019 – 4), assessed customs duties and penalties in the amount of 19.83 million rubles, which is more than 10 times higher than in the same period of 2019.
