North-Western customs administration informs on the extension of the temporary carts vehicles for personal use

May 28, 2020, entered into force the decision of the Board Eurasian economic Commission of 29.04.2020 No. 47, “amending certain terms of the importation of goods for personal use”.

The adoption of this decision by the Council of the Eurasian economic Commission is due to the current situation related to the implementation of measures aimed at warning and preventing the spread of coronavirus infections 2019-nCoV, the inability of individuals to exercise their rights and perform duties in accordance with governing customs legal relations in the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian economic Union (hereinafter EAEC).

According to the specified decision to 30.09.2020 inclusive extended for the period of temporary importation established by paragraph 1 of article 264 of the Customs code of the Eurasian economic Union, provided that it expires in the period from 01.03.2020 for 30.09.2020.

The extension of the term of temporary import of the vehicle in this case is carried out without the permission of the customs authority without the customs Declaration.

Please pay attention that prior to the expiration of this period (30.09.2020) temporarily imported vehicles for personal use must be declared for export from the customs territory of the EAEU of release for free circulation or other purposes in accordance with the Customs code of the EAEU.
